On November 10,2000, Joey Fatone and his father, Joe, showed us how to make chicken marsala on Regis Live Joey- Ingrdients: 1 chicked breast (cubed) 3 eggs (beaten) 1 cup flour 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 red pepper (sliced) 1 onion (chopped) 1 cup mushrooms 1 cup water 1 cup marsala wine Dip 1 cuped chicked breast in a mixture of 3 beaten eggs. Then coat cubes in a mixture of 1 cup flour and 1 cup breadcrumbs and set aside. Blanch 1 sliced red pepper, 1 chopped onion and 1 cup of mushrooms in boiling water for 1 minute In baking pan, combine 1 cup water, 1 cup marsala wine, chicken cubes and blanched vegetables and marinate for 1 hour. Remove chicken and vegetables from marinade and bake in oven on 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes
